When I wake up and the house is cold, I lie still
And I listen for the sound of you breathing
Maybe this will be the day you don’t wake up
I shouldn’t have to be the one who finds you there
And it’s always been this way
Maybe today will be the day they take me away
Today they take me away
You used to look me in the eyes, and I felt love
I can tell you’ve given up, and I’m so scared
Wasn’t supposed to be this way
Nothing I can do to change
And it’s always been this way
Maybe today will be the day they take me away
Today they take me away
A knock on the door it’s all suddenly over
And the screams and the broken things echo to peace
I want to believe in a place where I’m safe and loved and taken care of
But what am I trading for?
I’ll take your hand if you ask me to
There has got to be better than this
But can I believe when you say you will
I need something that’s better than this
Whilst delivering well crafted music, unless you focus on the lyrics, you could miss the story lines. This is the last of the war trilogy, so subtle ,but so poignant. Superb music with broken road and Holding On ,on permanent repeat. Listen and become enthralled. Top quality song writing and musicianship.10/10

As with previous releases this is a solid album from start to finish which continues the storyline, themes and signatures perfectly.
'Enigma' and 'Another Same' are on par with or superior to many commercial offerings by established prog artists.
The Waters, Wilson and Hayward influences shine through once more but I also hear song writing very much in the style of Difford and Tilbrook, 'Trough of War' & 'Another Same' probably being the best examples.
These chaps are the real deal!
